most of your movies are geared toward “rich, office type” guys. what about average joes or other styles who want to look good.

(Cont) For cufflinks, most places have minor variations of the same stuff so I like to hit the discount tux stores for something different. They usually have sets with button covers for like $25 so you can use the links with everyday dress shirts and if you have a black tie event you already have button covers to go with your tux for a nice, unique (non-rental) look.

(Cont.) Also a couple of chains are decent; I like Fossil, same statistics though–I don’t wear much jewelry but every couple years or so I find a necklace or watch from them.

I hope Aaron doesn’t mind me fielding this question, but if you’re looking for male fashion jewelry there are a few decent options. Local artisans can be found in the yellow pages and such, or you can check out craft shows, flea markets, etc. You might find 1 great piece for every 50 booths you check out but since it will be something awesome that you’ll wear for years, it’s worth it.

@alphamale300k: If you watch the video and still want to list a comment as stupid as that, you need a life, or less free time. These videos are great, and Aaron has some awesome stuff for everyday guys. Sod off.

Where are some places you go to get your jewelry from?
August 7th, 2010 at 1:51 am
Yeah, jewelry can work at times BUT remember – the only real jewelry a man should have is a watch and cufflinks with cuff shirt. Ring – only if it’s marriage ling.
But if you buy jewelry, buy some good shit.

Does anyone know a good place to buy men’s jewelry in America…say in NYC. For a younger guy. Quite like Topman…but are there other options?
